采用化学气相沉积法(CVD)制备了MoS2/Y复合润滑涂层,利用X射线衍射仪、X射线能谱仪、扫描电子显微镜及拉曼光谱等对复合涂层的成分、结构与表面物性进行分析.采用通过Rtec-MFT型多功能摩擦磨损试验机在大气(相对湿度75%~80%)和室温(22~24℃)环境下评价复合涂层的摩擦磨损性能.结果表明,MoS2/Y复合涂层结构致密,具有较好抗氧化性,其耐磨寿命和摩擦稳定性较单一CVD-MoS2涂层均有显著提高,而且摩擦系数更低.

MoS2/Y composite lubricating coating was deposited by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method.X-ray diffraction,energy dispersive X-ray detector and scanning electron microscopy were used to analyze the composition and microstructure of the coatings.The friction and wear properties were tested on a reciprocating pin-on-disk tribometer at room temperature (22~24 ℃) in air (RH=75%~80%).Results show that the MoS/Y composite coating has a compact microstructure and therefore it has improved oxidation resistance.As compared with pure MoS2 coating,the MoS2/Y composite coating exhibits improved friction stability and wear durability,and the composite coating also reveales much lower friction coefficient.
