在多面体硬质合金顶砧超声检测过程中,其形状不规则,多个平面、多个角、多条棱严重影响声波在其内部传播,使声波的反射没有规律,难分辨缺陷波形,达不到控制其内部质量的目的.为此分别采用相控阵纵波法在其顶部检测,相控阵横波在其上侧面检测.针对顶砧的形状特点,确定纵、横波的扫描角,并分别设计纵波、横波检测的灵敏度试块,利用灵敏度试块进行试验.结果表明:相控阵超声检测法能检测顶砧内部缺陷,纵波能检测φ0.1 mm当量以上的缺陷,横波能检测φ0.5 mm当量以上的缺陷,不漏检.通过统计分析被检顶砧使用寿命,找出影响其使用寿命的主要因素,从而在实际生产过程中,指导和改进在线的产品质量控制.

During the ultrasonic inspection of polyhedral cemented carbide anvil with multiple planes,multiple angles and multiple edges,the spread of ultrasonic wave in the anvil is severely affected due to the irregular shape,the reflection of ultrasonic is disorder,the waveform identification of defects is difficult,thus the internal quality control for the anvil will be fail.For this reason,the inspection method was designed that the top side and the upper side of the anvil was tested with phased array longitudinal wave and transverse wave,respectively.According to the shape of the anvil,the scanning angle for the longitudinal wave and transverse wave was confirmed,and the sensitivity test blocks for the inspection were designed and tested,respectively.The results show that the internal defects in the anvil can be detected by the phased array ultrasonic method,wherein the defects with the minimum size equivalent to φ0.1 mm can be detected with phased array longitudinal wave,and the defects with the minimum size equivalent to φ0.5 mm can be detected with phased array transverse wave.Through the statistical analysis of the service life of the anvil,the main factors affecting the service life can be found,thus the quality control of the products in process can be guided and improved.
