检测设备是实验室认可和检验检测机构资质认定评审中高度关注和必查的要素之一,检测设备的检定/校准是实验室管理体系活动中不可缺少的一项工作,也是保证设备准确性的重要手段.本文阐述了测量溯源和科学管理设备的重要性,分析了检定和校准的区别和联系,指出了检测实验室在检测设备检定/校准结果确认方面存在的问题.本文对检定/校准证书的验收确认信息,结果确认评价的依据,评价方法进行了描述分析,并通过实例的形式对校准/检定结果进行了确认评价分析,提出了对检测设备的检定或校准结果的确认评价,是设备管理的重要内容,也是质量保证的前提,由于检测的多样性,检测要求的差别,实验室可通过对检定/校准结果和证书的确认评价,可以有效减少设备使用中的不合理所带来的检验工作风险,保证结果的准确性.

Testing equipment is one of the essential factors to be highly regarded and checked in the laboratory accreditation and qualification accreditation of the inspection and testing organization activities.Verification and calibration of testing equipment is not only an indispensable work in the laboratory management system but also an important means for ensuring the accuracy of the equipment.In this paper,the importance of measurement traceability and scientific management of equipment were stated.The difference and connection between verification and calibration were analyzed,and the existing problems for confirmation and evaluation on results of verification and calibration of testing equipment in testing laboratory were pointed out.The confirmed information of verification or calibration certificate,the basis of the evaluation with confirmed results and the evaluation methods were described and analyzed.The validation evaluation analysis of calibration and verification results was carried out by examples.It is proposed that the confirmation and evaluation of results of verification or calibration of testing equipment are important contents for equipment management as well as the premise of quality assurance.Because of diversity of detection and difference in test requirements,laboratory can effectively reduce risk with the unreasonable use of equipment in inspection and ensure the accuracy of the results through confirmation and evaluation of verification or calibration results and certificates.
