研究了纯Ce和含15%Ce(质量分数)的Co-Ce合金在600~800℃低氧压下的氧化.纯Ce氧化后形成CeO2的外氧化膜,而Co-15Ce则形成Ce的内氧化区.合金的内氧化速度比利用氧在纯Co中的扩散系数及溶解度而计算的值快得多,且在700℃和800℃时合金的表面上形成了纯金属Co的薄层,这均与由Ce的内氧化产生的体积膨胀而引起的内应力和微裂纹有关.
