选用P538为萃取剂,通过加入不同改良剂进行单级萃取试验,确定了最佳改良剂,并研究了P538浓度、水相酸度、稀土浓度对P538萃取稀土能力的影响。通过条件试验,找出了最佳工艺条件。采用某厂H2SO4体系的酸度为0.05~0.5mol/L、含REO 0.4~1.6g/L的稀土废水做原料,经五级萃取,稀 土回收率大于96%。

P538 extracting agent was used,a good reage nt was found out by some single stage extraction experiments of different reagen t improver,the influence of acidity and rare earth and P538 concentration was studied.A good technology of recovering rare earth was found out.The waste water of acittle rare earth of H2SO4 acidity from 0.05 to 0.5mol/L and rar e earth concentration from 0.4 to 1.6g/L was used,five stages extraction experim ent was done,extraction yield is above 96%.
