本文合成了Dy、Nd的甲苯磺丁脲(D860)配合物,测定 了它们的降血糖作用和对小鼠的口服半数致死量(LD50)。结果显示,D860-稀土 配合物的降血糖效果明显优于D860且急性毒性降低。

To study the influence of RE-D860 complexes on blood slucose level and acute toxicity,Dy-D860 and Nd-D860 were determined in our experiment.The results show that Dy-860 and Nd-D860 complexes are more potent a nd less toxic compared with D860.
