针对稀土金属钕熔盐电解过程中存在的一系列问题,研制了一种新型的阳极材料。该材料是以Nd2O3为基分别添加不同氧化物的陶瓷材料,通过粉末烧结法制备并进行了电解实验,实验结果表明,材料有较好的耐蚀性,并对其在电解过程中的腐蚀机理进行了较为详细的探讨,提出了还原反应、电解质对电极材料的润湿渗透、电极组分的溶解及析氧膨胀等几种可能的腐蚀原因。

Because of disadvantages in the electrolysis of rare earth metal,a new kind of electrode material has been developed,it is consis t of Nd2O3 and other oxides.The material was prepared by powder metallurgy m ethod and electrolysis experiment was done.The results show that resistance corr osion is good and the corrosion mechanism is reseached.The main corrosion reason s may be reduction reaction,electrolyte permeation,electrode solution and so on.
