取人肝癌细胞体外37℃恒温培养24小时,加入不同浓度的稀土化合物:(C10H10N2S)3La、(C10H10N2S)3Nd、C19H18N4SLa、(C10H10N2S)3NaSmCl3,继续培养36小时,用0.1%台盼蓝活体染色后进行细胞计数,通过细胞生长抑制率、半数抑制浓度考察了这几种化合物对人肝癌细胞的抑制效应。结果表明:四种化合物对人肝癌细胞均具有明显的抑制作用,其中(C10H10N2S)3La、C19H18N4SLa效果明显好于(C10H10N2S)3Nd、(C10H10N2S)3NaSmCl3;而(C10H10N2S)3Nd又好于(C10H10N2S)3NaSmCl3。

Different concentrations of rare-earth compound of (C10H10N2S)3La,(C10H10N2S)3Nd,C19H18N4SLa,(C10H10N2S)3NaSmCl3 were added into human hepatoma cells (SMMC-7721)that cultured for 24 hours in vitro.After incubating for 36 hours,the cells were dyed with typan blue.The effect of inhibition of these compounds was measured in term of the cell growth-inhibiting rate and the halfinhibiting concentration of cells.The result shows that (C10H10N2S)3La and C19H18N4SLa can inhibit the cells effectivelier than (C10H10N2S)3Nd and (C10H10N2S)3NaSmCl3,while (C10H10N2S)3Nd can inhibit effectivelier than (C10H10N2S)3NaSmCl3.
