利用草酸沉淀工艺制备了纳米晶Y2O3∶Eu3+氧化物,并研究了溶液浓度、反应温度、沉淀方式等因素对制备纳米晶Y2O3∶Eu3+氧化物粒度的影响,最后利用表面活性剂的空间位阻效应来控制粉末的团聚尺寸和粒径分布。

The nanocrystalline of Y2O3∶Eu3+ oxides had been obtained with technology of oxalic acid precipitation.The effect factor on the preparation such as concentration of aqueous reaction temperature and precipitation method and so on had been studied.Finally,the agglomerate size and particle-sixe distribution of Y2O3∶Eu3+ oxide powders had been controlled with the steric stabilization effect of the surfactants.
