本文采用固相反应法合成了Ba2WO3F4及掺杂Tb3+的Ba2WO3F4荧光体,测定其X射线粉末衍射光谱、激发光谱和发射光谱.所合成的Ba2WO3F4荧光体为单斜晶系,属CC空间群(C4S),晶胞参数为:a=1.1511nm,b=0.9382nm,c=0.7188nm,β=126.05°.探讨了Ba2WO3F4及掺杂Tb3+离子的Ba2WO3F4荧光体的发光特性.
