采用化学还原法制备了非晶态NiB/膨润土和NiNdB/膨润土催化剂,研究了Nd对催化剂苯加氢活性、热稳定性、抗硫性能的影响.利用ICP、H2-TPD、DSC、XPS、氢化学吸附、CS2中毒等方法对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,少量Nd可以从结构效应和电子效应两方面影响催化剂性能,使催化剂的加氢活性和抗硫性能提高.而且Nd的存在可以降低合金的自由体积和扩散系数,从而改善了非晶态合金的热稳定性.
