阐述了Ca含量对LaCrO3材料的影响.用固相法合成的La1-xCaxCrO3(x=0.02,0.1)作为样品,观察其显微结构及测量样品的电阻值、强度及热膨胀系数,指出了Ca可以促进LaCrO3的合成,但过高的Ca含量会使材料的热膨胀系数变大,使材料的抗热振性变差.
