采用固相反应法合成了La2-xBaxCuO4系列材料并考察了其氧渗透性能.采用XRD、碘量法和透氧测定等手段对它们进行了表征.结果表明,在x=0~0.3的范围内,所有样品均保持K2NiF4型的结构.随着Ba掺杂量的增大,晶体结构从富氧型转变为缺氧型.材料晶体中CuO2晶面的空穴浓度(p)对其透氧性能有重要作用,材料的透氧量随p值的增加而增大.
