用X射线衍射分析和介电驰豫测量研究了La2Mo2O9中VA族过渡金属元素的取代对晶格参数和氧离子扩散的影响,La2Mo2O9中用V,Nb和Ta取代Mo位(四面体配位)产生晶胞参数的变化反映了氧离子空位和离子半径的影响.在La2Mo1.9M0.1O9(M=V,Nb,Ta)样品中观察到相应的氧离子扩散介电损耗峰.通过计算得到V,Nb和Ta掺杂样品的氧扩散活化能分别为1.21eV,0.98eV和1.04eV.对晶格常数和单位晶胞自由体积的变化与氧离子短程扩散活化能之间的关系进行了讨论.
