利用拟薄水铝石胶粒聚集行为制备了三维梯次结构的球形Al2O3:Eu3+荧光颗粒.AlOOH/Eu(NO3)3复合胶体喷雾过程形成雾滴,雾滴中的拟薄水铝石胶粒在范德华力和毛细管力作用下聚集,自组装形成三维梯次结构干凝胶颗粒.干凝胶颗粒经900℃灼烧获得纳米微晶组成的Al2O3:Eu3+荧光颗粒,Eu3+以部分取代Al3+的形式进入γ-Al2O3晶格.578mm,588nm(593nm)和616nm发射峰分别来自Eu3+基态5D0到7F0,7F1和7F2的跃迁.其中616nm对应的5D0→7F2跃迁发射峰值与Eu3+掺杂α-Al2O3纳米颗粒中Eu3+发射峰相同.
