采用溶胶-微波法(Sol-Microwave Method)合成了镧、铁共掺纳米TiO_2光催化剂,借助X-射线衍射(XRD) 、光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)等技术对样品组成和光吸收特性进行了表征,同时以高压汞灯(HPML)为实验光源、罗丹明B为模型污染物考察了样品的光催化活性.结果表明,所得TiO_2为锐钛矿型,共掺体系的最佳掺杂量为La 0.4%,Fe 0.1%,所获最佳共掺TiO_2对罗丹明B表现出较高的光催化活性,高压汞灯下反应45min,降解率达到92.6%.
La,Fe-codopednano-TiO_2 photocatalyst was synthesized via microwave-sol process. XRD,XPS and UV-vis absorption spectrum techniques were applied to investigate spectrum properties and chemical compositionof as synthesized samples. The samples were indicated to be pure anatase phase nano-TiO_2. Photocatalytic experiment results showed that titanium dioxide's photocatalytic activity increased obviously after La and Fe codoping. When the doping amount of La and Fe was 0.4% and 0.1% respectively,the as-synthesized sample exhibited high photocatalytic activity,and decolor rate of model pollutant Rodamine B was 92.6% after high pressure mucury lamp irradiation for 45 mins.
