采用反相微乳液和碳吸附法制备了氧化钇稳定四方氧化锆纳米粉体,探讨了碳黑的加入量对粉体比表面积的影响,得到最佳的碳黑量.分别采用XRD、TEM、BET和TG分析了不同温度下煅烧所得粉体的物相、颗粒度和比表面积以及前驱体热分解特性.实验结果表明,经700℃焙烧后制得了分散性好的四方相ZrO_2纳米粉体,比表面积为97.4m~2/g,平均粒径为9nm.
The nano-sized Y_2O_3 /ZrO_2 powders were synthesized by a reverse micelle and corbon adsorption method. The effect of the amount of added carbon on the nano-powder size was investigated. The optimum content of carbon was found. Then nano-sized Y_2O3 /ZrO_2 powder was produced through calcining precursor at different temperatures. The calcined powder was measured by means of XRD,TEM and TG. The results show that nano-sized Y_2O_3/ZrO_2 powder calcined at 700℃ have a high dispersion behavior and a surface area of 97.4m~2/g. The average particle size is about 9nm. The particle size is enhanced gradually with the increasement of calcination temperature.
