用微乳液法制备了6种掺Ce4的WO3气敏材料,用XRD分析了它们的结构和晶粒度,用自组装仪器测定了它们的气敏性能.结果表明,实验所制WO3及其掺Ce4+样品均为单斜晶系,Ce4+的掺人没有改变样品的晶系结构,样品晶粒度为309 nm - 436nm;烧结温度500C、掺Ce4+量为2%(质量分数)的样品对丙酮有较好的灵敏度、选择性和响应恢复特性.
