《稀土工业污染物排放标准》(简称为《标准》)的颁布实施对于强化节能环保、促进稀土关键技术研发和创新、推动稀土产业化发展有重要意义.《标准》规定了适用范围和实施时间,明确了污染物达标排放的判定依据,确定了水污染物和大气污染物的排放标准和监控要求.但是,要确保《标准》的顺利实施,需要推广清洁的生产工艺,建立和完善监督体系.
