用X射线衍射方法分析了顺式-二氯-反式-二乙酸-顺式-氨,环己胺合铂(IV)〔PtCl2(C2H3O2)2(C6H13N)(NH3〕的晶体结构,得出了该晶体的粉末衍射数据,结果表明:它属于单斜晶系,晶胞参数a=1.360 1(8)nm,b=0.829 2(2)nm,c=1.468 2(6)nm,β=110.483(35)°。

The crystal structure of anticancer drug bis(acetato)amminedichloro(cyclohexylamine)platinum(IV)PtCl2(C2H3O2)2(C6H13N)(NH3)(JM216)was analyzed by using X-ray diffraction method.The powder diffraction data were obtained.The results show that the structure of the crystal belongs to the monoclinic,with lattice parameters:a=1.360 1(8)nm,b=0.829 2(2)nm,c=1.468 2(6)nm,β=110.483(35)°。
