纳米金和银粒子具有优异的光学、电学、磁学和结构特性.将这些粒子结合到生物分子表面上时,产生的生物共轭物种由于其尺寸依赖性和维度与生物大分子类似,很适合作为活性磁共振成像、药物释放/输运的大循环载体和组织工程的结构构架,同时又能用在分子识别和标记、DNA传感器和基因芯片中.作者从生物医学分析和临床诊断出发,综述了近年来纳米金和银粒子在DNA识别、生物传感器、基因芯片以及免疫分析等方面的研究、应用和发展.
