首先采用化学氧化法在块体Ti表面制备出多孔纳米TiO2,随后通过离子溅射在TiO2表面沉积纳米Ag. 采用电子探针(EPMA)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等手段对TiO2在退火处理中的结构演变和晶化行为进行了研究.同时,研究了纳米Ag对TiO2的形貌、晶粒生长和相变的影响.
