伊维菌素是一种安全、广谱的抗寄生虫药物,目前已广泛用于人体及动物的抗寄生虫治疗.伊维菌素主要采用对阿维菌素选择性催化加氢来制备的.介绍了以铑、钌、铱及其配合物为催化剂,在均相或多相体系中对阿维菌素的催化反应,并对其加氢反应的条件、产率进行了比较.
