Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride(CPVC) piping system is ideal forprocess industry. As compared with other materials, CPVC has a series of more superior physical properties: excellent balance of properties required by the process industry, corrosion resistance, good mechanical strength, low process life-cycle costs. CPVC piping system is available with the whole system of pipes, fittings, valves and sheets. The installation method of CPVC is very simple. It can be joined simply by solvent cement. CPVC can be used in many different industries like electroplating, metal treating, pulp and paper, chemical processing, industrial waste treatment, food & beverage industry etc. As well, comparisons of CPVC and PP on the aspect of properties and chemical impedence data were tabulated.
