传统的铝合金硬质阳极氧化要求低温操作,能耗大。为提高生产效率,降低成本,研究了直流脉冲电源铝合金阳极氧化工艺在5-10℃下操作。研究了添加剂A、B对工艺参数和氧化膜性能的影响。添加剂A、B的加入提高了氧化温度和速度,所得氧化膜性能优良。
Low temperature operating was required in conventional hardanodic oxidation of aluminum which result in high energy consumption. Hard anodic oxidation of aluminum alloy under direct pulsed current at temperature of 5-10℃ was studied. The effect of additive A and B on oxidizing parameters and properties of the obtained oxide film was studied. The temperature and rate of oxidation were raised by the addition of A and B, and oxide film with excellent properties was obtained. Results show that the process has low cost and high productivity.
