介绍了由Ti(OR)4合成二氧化钛光触媒的反应机理和合成工艺.X射线衍射分析表明,由该工艺得到的无定形的二氧化钛粉末即使在加热到650 ℃,所得的光触媒仍属于锐钛型.对四氯化钛合成二氧化钛光触媒的高温工艺研究表明,乙醇的浓度对光触媒的晶型有较大的影响,从含与不含乙醇的溶剂中得到的无定型TiO2在加热到430 ℃时,得到的光触媒的晶型不同,前者为金红石型,后者为锐钛型;而低温工艺得到的是锐钛型的TiO2光触媒.分析了低温合成工艺的优缺点.
