根据合金凝固过程中的守恒定律和传输原理,建立了纤维/二元合金复合材料的凝固模型.利用所建立的模型,对Al2O3/Al-Cu复合材料的凝固过程进行了数据模拟,研究了复合材料凝固时溶质传输和分布及其对纤维/基体界面的影响.模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好.
