研究了3D C/SiC复合材料在高温燃气环境中氧化9h后的力学性能,重点研究了燃气中不同温度对C/SiC复合材料力学性能的影响.将长条形C/SiC试样置于发动机喷管出口处的燃气火焰中进行氧化,距离燃气中心较近区域的温度高达1250℃,而火焰边缘的温度在800~1000℃范围内.氧化9h后,在火焰边缘的C/SiC试样的抗弯强度和断裂功大幅度降低;而靠近火焰中心的部分表现出较高的力学性能.C/SiC复合材料在燃气火焰不同区域中的不同力学性能是同氧化温度对SiC基体微裂纹的影响导致的.
