使用透射电镜研究了Cu-Zn-Al-Mn合金贝氏体的界面位错。观察结果表明,在贝氏体与母相界面上存在两组位错,其中一组位错属于层错亚结构边缘的肖克莱不全位错,而另一组位错与界面上的台阶有关,后者使相界面发生弯曲。实验观察到贝氏体相变时的切变带,切变带在贝氏体片内部严格平行于层错面,而同一切变带在母相和贝氏体界面处发生偏转,这一偏转角与相变过程中点阵的切变角度相等。

The interfacial dislocations in the bainite in a Cu - Zn - Al - Mn alloy were studied by means of TEM. The observed results show that two groups of dislocations exist in the interfaces of bainite and matrix in the alloy,one of them belongs to the schockley dislocation at the boundary of stacking fault substructure,and the other concerns the interfacial micro-steps, these micro-steps make the phase-interfaces curved. Shear bands were found during the bainite transformation,and the shear bands are strictly parallel to the stecking foult plane in the bainite slices. These shear bands deviated at the interfaces of the matrix and the bainite,and the deviation angle equals the shear angle of the lattice during the transformation.
