研究了Mo离子注入对Al2O3陶瓷表面摩擦学性能的影响，并借助扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线光电子谱仪(XPS)对结果进行了分析比较。
The effect of Mo+ implantation on the tribology properties of Al2O3 ceramics surface was studied,and the results were analysized and compared by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM) and XPS.
