柔性基复合材料因其质量轻、比强度大且具有较好的耗能抗侵彻机制,而在现代防护技术中起着越来越重要的作用。在MEPIP有限元数值计算软件的基础上设计出的柔性基复合材料抗侵彻二维数值模拟计算程序,可对柔性基复合材料的抗侵彻性能进行定量的分析。介绍分析其计算原理和方法,并将模拟计算结果与实测结果作一对比,结果表明,模拟计算误差小于10%,数据准确可靠,在探讨侵彻机理、指导选材和结构设计、节约测试成本方面具有较高的理论和实际意义。

The flexible-matrix composites play a more and more important role in modern protective application as its low weight、 high strength/density ratio and good energy-consuming property. The flexible-matrix composites twodimension anti-penetrating numerical simulating program based on MEPIP finite element program can makes quantitative analysis of the anti-penetrating property of flexible-matrix composites. The calculating theory and methods are discussed in this paper. The calculated results are compared with the ballistic testing data. The results show that the difference is less than 10%,the simulation is exact and reliable. It has a significant academic and practical meaning in penetrating theory research、 material choosing、structure designing and test-cost saving.
