以10mol%MgO-PSZ为基础,研究了添加5.7mol%、7.4mol%和9.1mol%CeO2的(Ce,Mg)-PSZ陶瓷的力学性能和显微结构.实验结果表明:材料的耐高温老化性随CeO2含量的增加而增强.微观结构分析证实添加CeO2后高温时PSZ材料发生css-ZrO2→ZrO2+MgO分解,延缓了css-ZrO2→m-ZrO2+MgO分解.同时CeO2和MgO有效地稳定了c-ZrO2和t-ZrO2.
