设计了一种新型Fe-Cr-Si合金,并用等离子喷焊方法制备成涂层,借助SEM、SEM-EDX及XRD,研究了Fe-Cr-Si合金涂层的组织形貌、成分分布及其高温氧化行为.结果表明,涂层由大量平直的初生Cr3Si树枝晶和Fc、Cr、Si复杂相基体构成,成分呈梯度分布,界面为冶金态结合.在850℃和大气环境下,其氧化动力学曲线呈抛物线状,氧化膜主要是由Cr2O3、SiO2及尖晶石类氧化物FeCr2O4组成.
