经过真空熔烧Ni基合金+WC复合涂层的45钢基体的硬度和强度都很低,为了提高基体的硬度,对涂层后的材料进行调质处理.调质后涂层硬度不变,而基体硬度有较大的提高.通过旋转弯曲疲劳试验,比较涂层试样与未涂层试样在调质处理后的疲劳强度.试验结果表明,在低周疲劳时,涂层试样的疲劳强度大于未涂层试样;在高周疲劳时,涂层试样的疲劳强度小于未涂层试样.
