以抛光的 AISI304不锈钢表面 (Ra<0.5 μ m)作为衬底,并在衬底温度分别为 273、298、373、573K的条件下,用低功率等离子喷枪( 2.5~ 8.0 kW)向其表面喷涂 Al65Cu20Cr15准晶粉末,研究准晶熔滴的扁平化行为. SEM的试验结果表明:衬底温度较低时 (273~ 373 K), Al65Cu20Cr15准晶熔滴凝固后的扁平粒子呈现不规则的溅射状,并且衬底温度越低,溅射程度越高;随衬底温度的升高,准晶熔滴在衬底表面的扁平化凝固区域逐步扩大 ;当衬底温度较高时 (>573 K),溅射不再发生,熔滴的扁平粒子呈现规则的圆盘状;将熔滴的扁平粒子由溅射状变为无"喷溅"的圆盘状时的衬底温度定义为转变温度 Tt,Al65Cu20Cr15准晶的 Tt为 573 K左右.
