研究了ZrO2对Al2O3力学性能和耐磨性能的影响.将α-Al2O3与采用沉淀法合成的Zr(OH)4混合,凝胶混合物在600℃下煅烧2 h.m(Al2O3):m(ZrO2)=85:15的复合材料在1 400℃至1 650℃之间保温2 h常压烧结.利用X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜分别对试样的相组成和显微结构进行分析.结果表明,在1 550℃温度下烧成的该复合材料获得了最高的密度、最好的耐磨性能和最佳的力学性能,其抗弯强度和断裂韧性分别达到708 MPa和5.8 MPa·m1/2.研究结果表明,在氧化铝中添加ZrO2有助于改善氧化铝陶瓷的力学性能和耐磨性能.
