研究了两种不同硅含量超高强度低合金钢在不同热处理下的力学性能,分析了硅对2 200 MPa级超高强度钢力学性能的影响.结果表明,试验钢经淬火及低温回火后得到板条马氏体、ε碳化物和少量残余奥氏体组织.碳的质量分数为0.5%能使钢的强度达到2 200MPa.添加1.75%质量分数的硅使钢的强度提高约100MPa,其抗回火稳定性高,在270℃回火下其抗拉强度仍在2 200MPa以上.
