研究了用渗流铸造法制备的钨骨架/Zr基非晶复合材料在1.4×10-2s-1应变率条件下的力学性能与变形断裂特征.试验发现钨骨架/Zr基非晶复合材料在准静态压缩条件下具有很高的压缩强度(3 300~3 500MPa)和良好的塑性变形能力(50%~60%).利用SEM研究压缩后试样的微观组织形貌,发现钨骨架与非晶相的相互嵌套改变了非晶和钨骨架二者各自的变形机理与断裂模式.非晶相阻碍了钨骨架中裂纹的扩展,钨骨架抑制了非晶相中大面积流变的发生.复合材料的断裂表现为一种混合断裂模式,其中非晶相的断裂为局部软化后的撕裂.
