应用sol-gel技术制备钡铁氧体,分别研究了以柠檬酸和硬脂酸作为前驱体的两种不同的制备工艺A、B.研究结果表明,两种工艺均可制得单相BaFe12O19(简称BaM).由工艺B得到产物晶粒度为15-40 nm,其比饱和磁化强度Ms=61.74 Am2/kg,矫顽力Hc=389.4 k/Am;由工艺A得到产物晶粒度为30~80 nm,其比饱和磁化强度Ms=60.61 Am2/kg,矫顽力Hc=382.7 kA/m,但工艺A得到的产物晶体结晶更完善.
