测量了中碳Cr-Ni-Mo-V系低合金超高强度钢中绝热剪切带(ASB)及其周围金属的显微硬度,观察了其微观组织.结果表明:绝热剪切带的硬度远高于基体的硬度,达700~830HV0.05,为多孔状的非晶组织;紧靠ASB的是窄的过渡带,为重新生成的细小的马氏体组织;外层则是宽约20μm的软化带,为较高温度下的回火马氏体组织,其硬度低于基体.
