为使α-Al2O3纳米粉能均匀分布于镍基涂层中以达到弥散强化的目的,采用包覆沉淀法预先在纳米α--Al2O3粒子上包覆镍.并利用XRD、SEM、EDS和TEM测试手段,分析了包覆粉的物相和形貌,研究了沉淀剂的加入方式、表面活性剂等反应条件对包覆效果的影响.研究表明,PEG2000能有效改善Al2O3粒子在电解质溶液中的分散性;沉淀剂以雾化的方式加入可以使Ni盐优先在Al2O3颗粒上形核,减少其自发形核,制备出包覆效果较好的包覆复合粉.该复合粉可改善纳米α-Al2O3与镍基涂层的相容性,提高涂层的耐磨性.
