采用低分子量的聚乙烯亚胺作为分散剂,制备稳定性好的碳化硅水基悬浮液.着重分析pH值、分散剂含量、固相含量以及表面改性处理等因素对碳化硅悬浮液分散特性的影响,试验确定聚乙烯亚胺的最佳用量.对碳化硅粉体进行表面处理,使得碳化硅悬浮液最大固相含量体积分数从44%提高到54%(表观黏度小于1 Pa·s).
