采用铜模浇铸法成功制备快凝块体镁合金,并对铸态镁合金和快凝镁合金的组织结构和准静态力学性能进行对比研究.结果表明,快速冷却技术使得镁合金的显微组织得到有效细化,β相的形态由铸态合金中的连续网状转变为非连续细小粒状;快凝镁合金的压缩断裂强度高达494 MPa,比铸态镁合金提高77%.
