采用sol-gel法在NiTi SMA冷轧薄片基体上沉积陶瓷薄膜而制备出NiTi SMM铁电陶瓷异质复合材料.采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜及EDAX仪研究不同烧结温度下复合材料的物相组成,异质间结合结构等.用动态热机械分析仪(DMA)测试复合材料的阻尼性能并与单纯NiTi SMA的阻尼性能进行比较.试验结果表明,通过801-gel法及控制烧结工艺,可在NiTi SMA基体上沉积陶瓷薄膜而制备NiTi SMM铁电陶瓷异质复合材料;所制备的复合材料,在20℃以下,阻尼tg稳定在3.5%,且振动频率在0.33~10 Hz以内,振动频率对阻尼影响较小;在20~40℃范围内,存在tgδ阻尼峰,峰值可达到5.0%.相对于单纯NiTi SMA,阻尼性能复合效应显著.
