根据超声波在多层介质中的透射模型,分析介质层厚度变化对声压透射率及衰减的影响趋势.结合钢/环氧树脂/铝粘接结构粘接质量的超声检测结果,分析粘接层厚度的微小变化对粘接质量超声检测的影响.理论分析与实验结果均表明,粘接层厚度的微小变化对检测结果能够产生较大影响.
