通过钛酸正丁酯的溶胶与TiO2粉末混合配制室温涂膜浆体,采用常压水热处理涂敷TiO2薄膜,获得柔性染料敏化太阳能电池的TiO2薄膜电极.分析钛酸正丁酯溶胶经过水热处理后产生的TiO2粒子的晶型和比表面积,并对电极的表面形貌、紫外可见吸收光谱以及组装柔性电池的光电性能进行表征.研究表明,钛酸正丁酯溶胶经过常压水热处理产生锐钛矿晶型的TiO2粒子,比表面积为280 m2/g;TiO2薄膜电极是多孔的,并且敏化电极吸收光谱的吸光度增大;组装柔性电池的最高光电转换效率可达1.32%.
