为研究材料对串联爆炸成型弹丸(EFP)形成的影响,在理论分析的基础上,提出双层药型罩形成分离EFP的判据.利用数值仿真软件AUTODYN,研究串联EFP形成的力学现象.进行双层药型罩EFP形成的实验研究,得到串联EFP形成过程的X光照片.试验结果与仿真结果比较吻合.从试验和仿真结果看出,分离EFP的形成,不仅依赖于内、外罩材料的选择,还与药型罩的结构设计密切相关.
