离子聚合物金属复合材料(IPMC)是一种新型的柔性驱动器.传统的IPMC都是采用昂贵的铂做表面电极.为了,降低铂微粒的高度密集引入的大表面电阻,采用渗透还原法,提出基于无电镀银制备表面电极的方法.通过对所制备的银基IPMC的微观形貌、致动效果以及表面电阻等的测试实验表明,金属银在离子交换膜Nafion 117内部呈梯度分布,在1.5 V驱动电压下可以产生90°的弯曲变形.银基IPMC表面电阻较小,在一定时间内稳定.
