对锻造后的W_p/2024Al复合材料坯料进行轧制研究.研究W_p/2024Al复合材料的密度、硬度和显微组织随轧制变形量的变化,分析轧制后的复合材料物相.研究表明,在轧制过程中锻造Wp/2024Al复合材料存在一个致密,变疏松,再致密最后趋于稳定的变化过程.而且,在热压过程中没有新相生成.在轧制初期,明显改善了热压和锻造过程中W颗粒分散不均匀的现象.轧制中期,随着W颗粒在铝合金基体中的流动受阻,发生W颗粒团聚现象.轧制后期,主要发生W颗粒的破碎.

This paper introduced the initial study on rolling of forged W_p/2024Al composites. The density, hardness and microstructure of W_p/2024Al composites with different rolling deformation were studied. The composites experience a densification, looseness, re-densification and then to stable change process in the course of rolling. The results showed that no new phase is generated in the hot rolling. At initial stage of rolling, the dispersivity of reinforced particles is improved. With the increase of rolling deformation, the flow of tungsten particles in the aluminum alloy is resisted, tungsten particles agglomerate. In the late stage, tungsten particles are smashed by roll shaft.
