先进复合材料格栅结构(AGS);是一种新型的高性能结构材料,为对其力学性能进行研究,采用玻璃纤维复合材料制备三角形格栅试件.应用电阻式应变传感器对其力学性能进行测试,测试结果与有限元仿真结果基本吻合.在此基础上,分别对正三角形格栅和六边形蜂窝结构进行有限元分析.结果表明:单面蒙皮时,三角格栅结构的抗弯性能优于六边形蜂窝结构:双面蒙皮时,抗弯性能的优劣取决于蒙皮厚度.
Grid structure of advanced composite materials is one of the most useful structures with high performance. In order to analyze the mechanical properties of grid structure, glass fiber composite material was selected to make triangular grid structure specimen and resistive strain sensors were adopted to test its mechanical properties. Test results are basically in agreement with the finite element simulation results. On the basis, the regular triangular grid structure and hexagonal honeycomb structure were respectively analyzed using the finite element method. The results show that triangular grid structure is superior to the hexagonal honeycomb structure in the flexural properties when they are covered with one side skin. The advantage and disadvantage of the flexural properties depend on the skin thickness when they are covered with double side skin.
